Paramount Pictures Celebrates 100 Years of Pictures with Screenprint Poster
DKNG Studios at it again - fyi…not for sale =(
Just had a tiny discussion via text with my baby momma and after little or no objection, I’ve been given the OK to teach Prince’s ‘Purple Rain’ dance to our children. It’s gonna be glorious.

The worst Spanish speaking Cholo in a movie. I’m actually a tiny bit offended.
Cobra.
Remember when they killed The Giggler?
Quality cinema right here, folks. Charles Bronson. Death Wish 3.
One of my favorite things about going to the movies. It’s like you get to be a popcorn chef for like 30 seconds before you have to “Silence all Cellphones and Refrain from Talking.”
A little bit of white cheddar, then some nacho cheddar, a little more white and now ranch, extra ranch, then more nacho, a pinch of caramel and then a tiny little fart of white again.
Also, I care about you all so don’t go see the movie Terri. I know why it’s called that. Cause it’s Terrible.
Cantinflas y Chabelo en “El Extra”
This had me rollin’ just now. Now I know why my dad treated Cantinflas movies like I did “Full House” as a kid. He didn’t miss any of his movies and I watched every damn episode every TGIF.
Miguel Aceves Mejia - Mi Derrota from the movie La Despedida
Another video I stumbled upon. I’m sure my parents know this movie very well. Makes me want to watch it. The lyrics to the songs in these movies are so powerful. Y con mariachi… no maaaameeeeees!
Ya me voy
Ya me voy con mi derrota
A darle mi amor a otra
Que me sepa comprender
Volveré
Cuando todo haya acabado
Cuando todo esté olvidado
Y que me sienta seguro
De no volverte a querer
Viruta y Capulina - clip from Dos Criados Malcriados
I just spent the last hour and some watching and looking up clips from old movies like this that my parents would watch religiously back in the days. These movies would be on Spanish channels for Saturday and Sunday matinee every week. I’d hear them cracking up or listening at all the music ballads in these movies and I’d just hate that they’d be hogging the TV. After having watched this, I know why they enjoyed them so much. Capulina had me rollin’ at 3:42.
I was late on watching The Graduate but I absolutely loved it when I did. I wanted to watch it again when I did but I know myself better and if I got through the whole movie without falling asleep once then I know how to accept a good thing and just let it be. (I fall asleep during 80% of all movies I watch) It’s really a sad film but it’s brilliant. This scene ns particular I enjoy tons. In a different scenario, we’ve all spent countless hours in front of a fish tank just doing nothing with our minds consumed with thoughts of someone. And the mother’s laugh at 2min5secs is memorable (and scary).
Rocky 5 - Rocky remembers Mick
Watched this today. Yeah, it’s a little cheesy but it’s one of the best Rocky moments ever (and there’s many of them). You can browse through my blog, I’ve been showing Rocky love from the beginning. Good stuff, good stuff to use as “motivization.” Watch this and YES that is a knot in your throat, don’t front.
